Weeding laser with LaserWeeder, mechanical alternatives to pesticides, logistics station… Since 1981, the Larrère family has been inventing large-scale agroecology in the Landes de Gascogne. A pioneer of carrot organic, they have chosen to diversify their farming systems and have also been producing "zero pesticide residue" for six years.
In France, nearly one in ten carrots grows on the lands of the Larrère farms. So there is a very good chance you have already eaten one. I take you to discover this XXL farm that cultivates carrots on 800 hectares.
