Production

The raspberry is a red fruit from the raspberry bush (Rubus idaeus), a shrub in the Rosaceae family. Depending on whether they are wild or cultivated, raspberries weigh from 4 to 10 g, measure up to 2.5 cm and have 40 to 80 drupelets.
