ConcerTo Methodology (Région Pays de la Loire, France)

Héloïse Even, programme manager for biowaste, biomass and circular economy at the Pays de la Loire Regional Council tells us about the “ConcerTo Methodology” (territorial consultation on organic matter) in the Pays de la Loire region (FR). Between June 2020 and November 2022, this concrete, operational, multi-stakeholder action plan enabled the region to define the success factors for developing collective projects related to organic matter. Before detailing the impact and follow-up of the approach, she explains the origins of this methodology and its benefits for the territory regarding organic matter and soils.
