Lamb's-quarters (Chenopodium album L.) is a species of annual plant in the Amaranthaceae family. Common in cultivated areas, it is native to Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, and has become naturalised in other regions.

It is often one of the first plants to colonise freshly disturbed soil (a pioneer and nitrophilous plant). The plant owes its name to its whitish-green, crowfoot-shaped leaves.
