Structure:MSc Biocontrol Solutions For Plant Health - BOOST

The objective of the Master of Science BOOST - "Biocontrol for Plant Health" is to enable students to lead fundamental research and/or R&D programs in the fields of plant protection and health.
One of the main current challenges is to implement technologies to improve agricultural yields while preserving plant health and minimizing risks to health and the environment.
This challenge is faced by all economic sectors using plants as raw materials: agriculture, agri-food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. The training takes place directly at the premises of the Sophia Agrobiotech institute, the leading Biocontrol laboratory in France.
The program content is delivered in English by university Côte d'Azur (UCAJEDI) faculty members as well as experts specially invited for the occasion.
Students will conduct mentored projects within a team in a professional setting: this will include research projects, collaborations in private or public sectors, scientific expertise, etc. Additionally, a long internship of 4 or 6 months must be completed in the first and second year to enhance the student's skills (teamwork, etc.).
The MSC BOOST benefits from a direct link with expanding sectors such as Biocontrol, Biostimulants, or Plant Reproduction. All this thanks to a large and continuously growing network of partners BOOST.
